South Africa's National Development Plan seeks to eliminate poverty and reduce inequality by 2030 by focusing on skills development. Synergy is strategically positioned to assist in fulfilling the ideals of this plan by offering quality training to the people of our country, as well as the rest of Africa. Synergy’s mission is to improve the quality of education, skills development and innovation in South Africa by putting knowledge at people’s fingertips. Currently only 28.4% of South African’s have matric. Synergy’s aim is to provide a bridge for two thirds of the population who cannot gain acceptance into university. We offer both SAQA aligned unit standard short courses as well as longer term skills programmes. We also offer SAQA qualifications and learnerships from SAQA level 3, ideal for learners who do not have matric who can use these qualifications as a stepping stone to further their education or find employment. We assist corporates in South Africa to obtain the SARS tax rebates under Section 12H of the Income Tax Act and B-BBEE points associated with accredited training. Synergy is a Level 2 BEE Contributor.
